All the different symbols such as # and & have changed over

So instead of " being above the number 2, it is fact above the '. The @ is now above the 2. Other ones affected are # which is now above the 3 instead of the pound sign. can't find the pound sign anywhere. How has htis happened?

Have you accidentally installed different keyboard settings?
Does it say En on the task bar near to the time? (Bottom right corner)

Yes it does say EN. I'm wondering if the dog pushed something, he had his paws up before,a dn they were on the keyboard.
