Trojan horse downloader.zlob.wez - any ideas?

I'm a virus virgin!

AVG free edition has put this (Trojan horse downloader.zlob.wez) into my vault thingy but I am clueless as to what I need to do about it (if anything?). It says the filename is winio.dll.

Do I delete or clean??

It says it found it on 24th April but there was no warning message, I only happened upon it by chance when I looked in the vault this evening.

Also when I use AVG, these always come up during the scan:
kernel32.dll & shell32.dll as a "change" result/infection in system32

But at the end of the scan it says there are no threats. What's all this about and what do I do??? Spybot doesn't find any threats at all. Please help!

If you clean and it fails, it will only give you the option to delete it. Therefore select clean and if that doesn't work, it will come up with the same dialogue box and you click delete.

It is in the sandbox (ie it's been quarantined) so it can't do any further damage where it is.

Don't worry about the kernel 32.dll change thing, it's fine. Windows is buggy as hell.
