Underlined words and Hotsearch...

Very recently certain words will appear underlined (even in the hallowed grounds of mumsnet), and when you mouse over the word a Hotsearch box appears. Why is this happening? More importantly how do I stop it happening? It's bloody annoying.
Can anyone help?

Get and run the latest version of Spybot - Search and Destroy www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ and run that. Does that fix it?
