Voice recognition software for Mac?

I'm a translator, occasionally doing proofreading as well, but mainly spending all day every day typing, in the worst possible and hand position. I've started to develop RSI/ carpal tunnel syndrome, so I need to limit the amount of time I spend typing.

Does anybody out there have any experience of the VR packages available for Macs, and any recommendations/ suggestions? I and my wrists would be exceedingly grateful!
