ARRRGHH! Does anyone know how to make a chart using Microsoft Works?

Hello mnetters, ds is trying to make a chart using Microsoft Works spreadsheet, he's filled in the spread sheet but we can't make the chart using the figures, it only makes the outline and does not fill it in, we have followed the instructions on how to fill it in but the drag bar does not come up. Please help! Many thanks.

I've sorted it. He'd put the figures in the wrong way round!
