Problems with Word - the screen is missing a bit...how do I get it back?

Umm I think this has happened before

The top of the screen has disappeared the bit above the print - where has it gone?

Do you mean the menus have gone? If you right click on a blank bit of menu you should be able to tick the ones you want

No - it's the blank bit of paper above my typed words (is it still called a margin if it's at the top) - it's gone & my page looks odd

Try clicking view, then print layout

you need to hold the cursor at the top of the page, until it makes a sort of squarish shape, and then you need to double-click it and the page will appear

If you go to the top of the page as it is at the moment, between the top of the white bit and the 'ruler' - if you hover over the edge of the page a sign with two arrows will appear - if you click on this your mrgins at the top of the page will come back again.

Try that!
