Is there any way for me to let dd stream music but not be able to surf the net?

We stream music from Spotif in the house on Sonos speakers. DD would like one so that she can have music in her bedroom. She has a laptop but is not allowed it in her bedroom/to use it after 8pm. Has anyone got any suggestions how I can grant her wish without having to drop our family rules about device use in the evening?

Shameless bump because I still haven't managed to work this out - anyone have a clue?

If you have Spotify premium you can download playlists and listen off line. DS2 has it and I use it as well.

If you can use Bluetooth you could stream it off Spotify or YouTube or laptop

Oh just realised you don't want to her have a device. However if her phone isn't connected to the internet you could still listen offline. Paying for Spotify gets rid of the ads. Students get it half price which is why DS has it.

Use an IPhone and set up restrictions. You can chose to just allow Spotify and nothing else.
