WhatsAp - confused about how to unshare my account info with Facebook

I only signed up for WhatsAp a few weeks ago. I've seen all the hoohah about Facebook being able to access the info and have tried to ensure I am not consenting to this.

When I follow the advice and go into Account and then Settings, I don't see an option of 'Share my Account Info' (which is the one I would click on to Unshare it). Is this because I have already said I don't want to share my info? I only signed up a few weeks ago and I might have not chosen to share with Facebook when I agreed to the Terms and Conditions (I believe there was a box I could uncheck to do this). Trouble is I can't remember if I did this or not?!

So, is the fact that I don't have an option to 'Share/Unshare my Account info' within my settings an indicator that I've already opted out??
