Iphone 6s and contact sync problems - any ideas

I have put a lot of new contacts in my phone recently as I have taken on a new client through my business. However these have not sync'd with my Mac desktop and so at present I can't get this information anywhere other than my phone.

I have a different iCloud account to the one attached to my computer but we have family sharing set up and all our previous existing contacts have moved to the Mac.

I have tried setting the phone not to sync contacts, re booting, then re syncing. I have even removed my icloud account from the phone then put it back in.

Does anyone have any other ideas of what I can try?
