Problems with podcasts on Nokia 620

I keep reading about how podcasts are useful for listening to whilst running so thought I'd give it a go. I started with Woman's Hour (as you do) but got the message "your device is not supported". My phone is a Nokia 620. I'm not technologically savvy at all, so not sure what to do now. Can anyone help me on this? Is there anything I can do that will allow me to access podcasts on my phone??
