Samsung smart tv / sky box

When I first got my Samsung smart tv and attached the sky box you could control the sky box with the smart remote. However, you can no longer do this I have to switch to the sky remote. The remote is paired and works for everything else.

This is only a minor issue but it's a niggle.

Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem.
