On vodafone. In the text messages bit, there are lots of emoticons (which look really fun to use), but I remember reading somewhere that you might get charged if you use them.
How do I find out if I will be charged if I use the emoticons?

Thanks

I've got an S4 so the S5 might be different, but when I use emoticons which would be charged for the SMS changes to a MMS and this fact flashed up on the screen.
The basic smilies aren't charged, but the more detailed ones are.

I haven't had it flash up on the screen to say it is changing to an MMS. Hmmm...to be on the safe side, maybe I'm best to go into 'symbols' every time and use basic ones instead.
