Oh Dear Lord! Google Chrome for mobile - how do I stop the address bar disappearing?

I just got my new phone.
Apparently, I didn't ask for a charger plug because it saves the environment. Nice, but they did give me a micro USB wire of which I already have 3, but not charge plug, of which have none!

Anyway.
I went onto Chrome, which is the default browser, and when I scroll down the address bar disappears.
It's really annoying! especially as the advert stays at the top (so appears to be moving!)

I've looked in settings and can't find a way to stop it - I can't find any info on Google search either.
Does anyone know how to make the address bar stay put please?

ooh, apparently, the micro usb is the charger.

even though the "quick start guide" says that I open the phone back by putting my nails into the charger point at the top, which isn't the micro usb slot. Confused

I don't think you can change the Chrome setting, it's designed to give you more viewing space on the screen. To get it back when you need it, just scroll back up (swipe finger down on screen). I'll admit that it was a bit odd when they first introduced it, but you get used to it.
