What is your budget? Do you have any experience building a website?

cheap! Have spent some time looking at godaddy, weebly today and 123 reg. I have basic experience and am not a technophobe, but easier the better!

A while back, there was a free 'build your own site' service funded partially by one of the business development departments of the government, BT and Google. Check and you'll find that while that programme has ended, they still link to a 'get started for free'.

You could also look at or for a cheap UK domain name if the Yola service is more expensive. I've only glanced at the replacement for, so this is not a recommendation, rather a pointer, as one to consider.
