A month outside the guarantee period, my tv has lost the colour red, the picture has a green tinge - anyone know if this can be fixed & is it likely to be economical to do so?
Does it happen from all sources, so from Freeview, from DVD/BlueRay etc?If so, then worth getting a diagnostic check done at a local TV repair company, see if they can find the fault and maybe it can be fixed and they could then give an indication of the cost of parts.Samsung Service Locator
A few suggestions. See if you can do a Factory Reset by looking thru the various menus on the tv. Go onto google or youtube and put in the problem, most problems are covered there. If all else fails, phone them up and ask for advice.
