Security Risk Dropper?

Hi

I appear to have downloaded this via cloud connection at local wacky warehouse.

Now, can you please tell me what I should do? I have Norton on, which has told me Friday & Saturday night that it has blocked it.

I tried googling, but it still seems unclear to me (untechy). Please can you tell me:

What is it?
Why, even though I have Norton is it still trying to do whatever it does to my computer?
How do I make it go away?

I am worried, and haven't used my cards on line since it appeared.

Update Norton
Do a full system scan - it may prompt to delete files.
Reboot

If still probs then run MalwareBytes AntMalware, see if that clears it.
