'On demand' box sets on Sky...

Just thinking whether to change/cancel/update my Sky package and was wondering what box sets are available on demand? I know that I have to have the entertainment plus package to get it so was wondering whether it was worth it? Thanks

I never really understand the whole netflix to be honest and don't have a smart tv yet- am getting myself all confused over new tv's/ sky/HD etc etc- I feel like my mother!
