GIMP www.gimp.org/ open source, free software. Maybe not quite at the level of Photoshop (missing 16bit colour depth) but comparing the price it's a winner.
If it's a one off then you could also download the trial versions of Photoshop and use that.
Pic monkey free and you can do just about anything to it.
I have a digital photo I want to edit someone out of: which is the best editor I could use to cut them out, and "smart" fill in the gap?!It's a one-off so I don't want to buy anything.
