Word Mail Merge, anyone?

I'm trying to do a merge and have set up labels as a table (so not using the Word template) but I have forgotten what to type before «AddressBlock» after the frist one on the page so that I dont get a whole page of the same address!

Use the mail merge wizard, when you select your source document make sure it takes into consideration all your addresses.

I set the labels up in a table in word but it just put the <<address>> in the first field. I remember that if you cipy and paste this but add one teensy word before it, it would pick up the next on the list, rather than just copy the same info 8 times on the same page!

Ah, use label merge then I think. I'm not on a PC just now so I can't remember exactly how to do it. What word version are you using and I'll have a google!
