How to keep cats away from my front garden?

Normally I wouldn?t be too bothered about it BUT my ds has decided to plant some carrots and some other seeds to attract ?wild birds? (v. optimistic both I say...) at the weekend and now it looks complete mess. Not hygienic either!

Apart from having a cat yourself you mean? Large bottles (coke type bottles) can be pressed into service as cloches over seeds and cats are scared of them because they see their reflections distorted in them and think it's a bigger cat (cats are quite thick in this respect).

Not sure if this will help as I have not tried it myself but there is a gadget I saw on Amazon. search for cat repeller it has 4stars from other customers
