Anyone ever grown or eaten it as a vegetable? Just planted some seeds and am curious to know what it is like.

Haha, it really does, doesn't it? Apparently it's a bit like spinach but it says on the packet that you can cook the stems, too. Was wondering if they're nice and what they taste like.

I've grown it, but it died last year...am trying again this year.
It is like spinach, mind you, Good King Henry is miles easier for me to cultivate...

Oh, what's Good King Henry? I've bought some mixed amaranth from Real Seeds (have masses left, not sure what I am going to do with it all!) and they say it's fairly easy to grow.
