Edging for borders

Does anyone have an opinion on or know of a supplier for rope edging for a border? We are creating a seating area with gravel and need an edging material to stop it all spilling onto the lawn. I've got rope in my mind - am sure I saw this somewhere - but can't find anything online.

Do you mean rope rope or the Victorian-style tiles that have a rope pattern along the top?

I'm not sure how you would actually use rope proper (you'd have to find some way of pegging it down) but have you tried yachting suppliers? I'm a techno-dummy and can't do a link, but have you seen this, for example? - www.theyachtshop.co.uk/items/rope~twine~chain-and-wire/list.htm.

You've reminded me that I fancy a rope arch for climbing roses, if only I had the space.

Thanks for the suggestion - yes I was thinking about rope not the rope edged stone. I'll have a look there!
