whitefly (i think!) on pepper plants in greenhouse, moved now onto banana plant... what do i do?

theres loads and loads of little white things, appear to be dead things or maybe they are cast off skins? no idea... all over the plants, soil and pots.

will spray with washing up liquid solution, but i have done that before so i dont think thats working...

ok snappy..... just to prove i come into gardening!!!
my gardening book (i love my books!!!) says re whitefly 'the parasitic wasp ''encarsia formosa'' is sold at egg stage, it parasitizes the scale or jeuvenile stage of the white fly. the whitefly is killed and another wasp forms inside it'

if you google encarsia formosa it comes up with loads of info!!!
