What vegetables can I grow in the winter (preferably in pots)

I did garlic last year but don't know what else I can do...

Ah I have made a list - onions, garlic ... but seem to have lost it. Grow your own veg by Carol Klein is good - tells you when/what/why etc!

Onions, garlic, cabbage, early sprouting broccoli, pak choi, some kinds of spinach - slihgtly more successfully if you have a little polytunnel..
