Is there a national growbag shortage (the tomato not baby sleeping variety)?

I have been hunting high and low in the Herts and South Beds area and everywhere is out of stock. Bit of a long shot but has anyone spotted any on sale anywhere within the Herts/Beds/Cambs area?

I have lots of tomato plants that desperately need a home.

Strange you should mention that because I tried 4 different shops before I found a grobag, one was a very large garden centre. I eventually got one in B&Q but I was starting to wonder why I was bothering! I've never had any trouble before.

Sorry that's Brighton area by the way so probably not much help. Unless you haven't tried your local B&Q yet....

Can't help I'm afraid. I'm using last years which have been well weeded and watered with green manure.

Have tried 4 B&Qs, 2 Homebases, and all nearby garden centres that I know of. Going to ring round a few places further afield now.

If not I suppose I'll have to buy lots of pots and compost for them. I've got no empty soil space left.

I have growbags now. Found in a Stevenage garden centre.
Must remember to buy them earlier next year.
