Lawn sand is the traditional moss killer...contains nitrogen to boost the grass growth (outcompetes moss then) and iron sulphate that kills the moss.

If by 'natural' you mean no chemicals then you need to scarify the area (scrape it with a rake) and make sure area is well aerated...you can use a hollow tine aerator to remove plugs of soil and then infill the gaps with sand.

will take a while to produce results this way.

imo, the 'natural' way to kill moss it to make it so unhappy it goes away and lets the grass grow instead. Hence all the hard-work stuff Hairybabysmum says - aeration, scarifying, altering the ph (can't remember whether moss likes it acid or alkaline but it's one or the other). Moss likes it shady, grass doesn't so you may even need to attack a tree. Is it really worth it? mossy lawns are lovely to walk on in bare feet.
