Window Box "Sorting Out Service" ??

My window boxes are full of dead flowers and they look gross, usually I do them myself but a recent accident means that I'm unable to drive to pick out flowers/plants etc and to be honest even if I had the plants pulling up and planting would be a bit tricky for me in my present condition. I need someone to come and do the whole shebang for me on a reasonable budget but don't know where to start looking for this sort of service, I've googled but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm in South East London.

Most jobbing gardeners would do this for you. Have you asked in your local garden centre for recommendations?

for anyone else needing this service I thought I'd update. In the end I went through a site called "rated people" (similar to "trust a trader") and within half an hour someone had got back to me to discuss things further and then to quote. He's just been and gone, very reasonable price and window boxes now look alive and fresh - cheered me up no end!
