good library to study at ? (wimbledon, wandsworth area)

Not my neck of the woods, but as you haven't had answers perhaps worth trying the local board for your bit of London?

hi, not sure how well it fits into this section but cant think of a better one.
has anyone got experience which library does have a quiet study corner, with a desk and sockets for a laptop and a toilet? my wimbledon library has got a descent study space but no toilet which is really no use for all day studying/working on my laptop.
