Open University finance question

I'm hoping to do an Open University course. I'm now filling in the Student loan form.

What do I put for course name? Is it BA history or The Arts Past and Present? I do several courses which then build up to be the degree. So I'm confused. I have sent an email but thought I'd ask here too.
