Becoming self employed.....to work around my two boys.....but I'm clueless in some areas....help please?! I've looked over the self employed topic but not found answers to quite what i'm looking for

Can anyone reccommend a printing company? looking to have some flyers/leaflets and business cards printed.

How do i go about gaining a hand held credit/debit card payment terminal thing?

Any ideas how do i get my website into the google search engine?

any recommendations appreciated

1. Printing is very competitive currently we have found recently that the first quote is never the final quote. Small family run businesses are often much cheaper than big nationals for the numbers you will be looking for and will often create logos do art work for free. Plus often working with other small businesses there is quite a bit supporting each other.
2. We use HSBC shop around different banks charge different rates and there are different times till it clears into your bank. If cash flow is critical it can be better to pay a slightly higher rate and get the money faster. Remember when they quote rates that once your out of free banking that you should be able to get currently you will pay whatever way your money goes into your account.
3. Google can be very difficult to get on to and very easy. Looking at what your competitors come up under and thinking about what people would search under. For example I run a vets surgery my website uses words like friendly and caring whereas my comptitors talk about their technical wizardry, but what are people looking for.
