Hi - sorry to gatecrash,...but would any of you be willing to chat to me on a separate thread about a couple of specific points on solicitor sole practitionr/locum/consultancy matters. I would be really grateful!

I can tell you're a solicitor because you haven't answered rangirl's question (which is a key one by the way).

business law sole practice = easy = effectively a part-time in-house lawyer for several companies.

general litigation sole practice on the other hand - you'd have to be stark raving mad!
