My husband is due to retire from the Army in 2016. Due to this we have purchased a house to settle in, and applied for a secondary place for our DS which was turned down due to oversubscription.

I have appealed with some advice from the CEAs office in Upavon. Now I have a hearing on Thursday. CEAs are not able to attend, and we have no UWO in situ due to a move sideways. My husband is away, and I have no representation. What is everyone's experience, if any, of these hearings? Any advice would be greatly received right now.
