what do you serve with chicken kiev?

I normally go for new potatoes and veg, but as we have this in a regular basis, I'm after inspiration.

Well, you may not wish to replicate this idea but DS had tea at his friend's house last weekend and they had chicken kievs with...liver curry

I spent the rest of the evening sounding like that couple off the Catherine Tate Show saying to DH 'and guess what they served with the kiev - liver curry of all things. Who would do that etc etc'.

Very odd.

I like mine with chips or new pots and copious amounts of sweetcorn

I put it on top of a bowl of spaghetti & chop it in bits & mix in together with some diced red peppers.

Chicken kiev is delicious with basmati rice with paprika, piled high with green beans. Served with a shot of frozen vodka.

Perfection. And what I'll be serving tonight!
