Meat/fish delivery company -Berks/Bucks

in a bid to eat healthier this year, we are trying to buy organic, free-range meat and fish (as responsibly fished) as possible. Trying to do this in our local supermarkets isn't easy as I find the meats usually quite fatty (lots of fat needing trimming and I've not got the time/patience to do this) and the fish not as fresh as it could be (read:smelly).

Anyone can recommend me a local, quality (preferably ethical) meat/fish delivery company online that delivers to the Berkshire/Bucks area please? Are Abel & Cole really that good?

Wondering if a monthly box is better or weekly box... I generally buy stuff that's chilled and wonder if it's frozen and then defrosted is really that fresh or doesn't taste as good? Thoughts??
