Can I freeze these muffins

I make these carrot and apple muffins, they're a treat while I'm eating a healthier diet, so having 10 in the house at once not ideal, they end up going off before I eat them. Well I could eat them easily but don't want too.

Do you think they'd freeze well, i tend to substitute the ricotta for soft cheese or quark.
Forget the last 3 ingredients, they're for the icing and I'd do that fresh.

Thanks

I would! Can't see why they'd be a problem.

Mmmmm they sound yummy, i'm going to make a batch!

I make oat banana blender muffins for dd's breakfast and they freeze beautifully, defrost in the microwave in 30 seconds on full, or at room temperature for about an hour.
