My ds with autism is fairly rigid about what he will eat willingly. At the minute it's small pieces of plain cauliflower with olive oil & salt roasted at low heat. He begs to have it every meal. Feeling like I'm constantly chopping cauliflower!
I never use my freezer but wondering can I do a marathon chopping session & freeze it in Pyrex & go straight to oven with it? Or would it just be a mushy mess?
