There seems to be loads of these still about, so decided to try my hand at making some and I'm pleasantly surprised! Second batch is just setting, but I tried some of the first with some pheasant and it makes a delicious accompaniment.
Now eyeing up local Rowan trees, as apparently their berries make a lovely jelly as well - anyone else had a go at these?
