Would you keep a pork casserole for 3 days?

I need to cook tonight for a dinner on Wednesday and I'm making a pork and black bean casserole thing. Do you think it would be ok to keep in the fridge and reheat on Wednesday? Or should I freeze it?

Yep, we'd keep it and eat it in this house

Yeah it'll be fully cooked (3 hours in the oven) and can go in the fridge once cooled. I was leaning towards it being ok.

Yes, it will be fine.

Yes - provided you cool it properly before refrigerating, food will easily last 5-6 days in the fridge.
