Sounds good but do you need tarragon?
I try to avoid buying fresh herbs as there's only two of us & they always end up wasted.

Re wasting fresh herbs: Chop up all the remaining herb, freeze in a small plastic bag or pot. You can use the frozen herbs straight from the freezer, as much or as little as you need, tastes just like fresh herbs.
