A bit boring this week:

Mon: sweet potato, red pepper and red lentil pasta
Tues: Cioppino
Weds: Oh She Glows puy lentil soup with garlic croutons
Thurs: lemon and chickpea pasta
Fri: friends over for dinner - prob do pistachio falafel with all the trimmings to wrap in cabbage leaves

Decided to join in this week as DP and I meal plan but can find it a bit tedious at times. Here is ours for the week:

Mon: stuffed sweet potatoes (peppers, onions, tomatoes, kidneys beans, cumin and chilli)
Tues: sweet potato fries and veggie bean burgers
Wed: Battered chicken, chips and beans
Thurs: Chicken Fajitas
Fri: Pasta bake

Tonight, pasta bake
Tuesday pizza
Wednesday chips, quiche, salad
Thursday Thai curry
Friday chicken stuffed with cream cheese, baby potatoes and greens

We've not long had a baby and are going for simple food as its all we get time to cook at the moment

Monday: Cajun chicken stew in the slow cooker
Tuesday: Salmon and roasted veg couscous
Wednesday: Spicy tomato pasta
Thursday: Jacket potatoes with various toppings for each of us!
Friday: Heck chicken sausage wraps with greek salad
Saturday: roast chicken with spicy potato and sweet potato wedges and leftover greek salad
Sunday: chicken and veggie fried rice with leftover chicken from saturday

I've been inspired by others meal planning so this is my first week....wish me luck! Wink

Mon: roast chicken, cabbage, carrots, parsnips, roast potatoes.
Tues: pizza.
Weds: chicken fajitas
Thurs: one pot spaghetti
Fri: spicy fish stew
Sat: meatloaf
Sun: lentil soup, garlic bread, salad.

Monday - pulled pork hash (left over slow roast shoulder cooked with diced onions / carrots / potatoes and served with fried eggs and green vegetables)
Tuesday - fish fingers, waffles, beans and peas
Wednesday - pasta and homemade meatballs and tomato sauce
Thursday - pulled pork fajitas (third meal from the joint, ill freeze the last portion of meat tonight)
Friday - Tuna and sweet potato fish cakes

Today: Turkey & gammon pie
Tues: Chicken fajitas/tortilla wraps
Wed: Turkey & gammon pie (with pastry topping instead of mash this time)
Thurs: curried cauliflower, chick pea & sweet potato pilaff
Fri: Pizzas
Sat: Fish & chips from freezer
Sun: Not sure yet

Lunches will mainly be sandwiches or sweet potato soup

Tuesday - leftover chilli as enchiladas
Wednesday - breakfast for dinner: Scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns
Thursday - Sweet potato & chickpea curry with rice
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - quiche, salad
Sunday - roast something (whatever Aldi has on offer)

Tuesday: jackets with remainder of chilli
Wednesday: brocolli pasta bake
Thursday: avocado pasta and falafels (also Oh She Glows Kiki though I think this week we'll be using up whatever's left of 5 Minute Magic Green Dressing from Pinch of Yum)
Friday: oven pizza
Saturday: fajitas

Wednesday- roast garlic and sun dried tomato pasta

Thursday- pork and green bean stir fry with noodles

Friday- ham and pea pasta bake

I have a meal ideas section in my bullet journal, with foods listed by fish/mince/chicken/pulses/soup etc, so I'll be adding to my list based on all of your meals.

Weds: Homemade cauliflower soup (with loads of grated cheese on top)
Thurs: Warm butternut squash salad (with rocket, cannelini beans, red onion, chilli and feta)
Fri: Stuffed aubergine
Sat: pulled pork noodles
Sun: Bacon, leek, pea and parmesan pasta

time it's less of a recipe and more a guesstimate but I use chicken breast seasoned liberally with cajun spice (quick cheat!) and throw them in the slow cooker with onions, peppers, a tin of toms, knorr chicken stock pot, garlic and a bit of chilli if you like heat. Shread the chicken and add broccoli about 10 mins before serving...it's a time saving fave here but not a culinary master piece!

Sunday: paneer with brocolli and sesame
Monday: mushroom stroganoff
Tuesday: gnocchi with pesto, green veg and pine nuts
Wednesday: pea and chive pearl barley risotto
Thursday: hallumi and courgette skewers

Monday - frittata & spinach
Tues - garlic philly chicken & bacon pasta
Weds - salmon, baby news & veg
Thurs - chicken, bacon & mushroom 'pasties', SW chips & peas
Fri - I'm out with friends from work
Sat - salt & pepper chicken & noodles (been put off a few weeks cos other things have cropped up)
Sun - beef casserole (probably)

Tonight: pork tenderloin with baby roast potatoes and veg
Monday: chorizo pepper and potato traybake
Tuesday: pesto pasta with olives, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella
Wednesday: minted lamb cooked on griddle and served with pitta, rocket and tzaziki with skinny sweet potato chips
Thursday: Chicken caesar salad
Friday: Pizza bianco

Thursday- Piri piri hollumi with Nando's style rice and salad

Thurs: butternut squash salad stolen from miggleswif
Fri: fish fingers for the children, lab and chickpea curry from the freezer for the adults
Sat: hedgehog pie
Sun: spaghetti bolognaise.

That's a bit low on fish. I'll have to feed everyone mackerel pate after school.

Saturday: Out in Liverpool
Sunday: My birthday so probably out for a big lunch
