I loved this when I first bought it but got bored quite fast

I know it can be amazing but I have run out of steam and never use it now.

Please tell me your favourite/quick/easy/cheapish blends.

I love ginger and most strong flavours.

Also kids ones. Any ideas packed full of goodies but inoffensive to them?

TIA

I love honey oats and almonds - or add muesli for extra taste

I've just set up a smoothie recipe kit business, so I've got loads! I'm on a mission to adulterated yummy smoothies with good stuff at a fair cost!

A nice cheap ish one is 2 x orange, 1 peach, 1 carrot, 1 lemon, 1stick of celery and all the ginger you can handle. You can sweeten up for kids a smidge with a bit of agave or honey. I've got a really fun recipe with mango and chilli. Also, I know seems crackers but red pepper as a base vegetable is delicious, super sweet, and kids will never know because colour is fantastic. Whizz with a juicy apple or pear, raw cashews, and water. And most fun cheat for kids is the Jaffa cake one, lots of oranges including zest, raw cacao if poss (chocolate that's only good for you, winner) and then spinach, with almond or coconut milk. THEY WILL NEVER KNOW mwaaaaaaahahahaha If you're in west London sign up to receive recipes and ideas on //www.wearejuicy.com Good Luck!
