I have sweet potatoes and kale- pls help me with an idea for dinner?!

Hi! I bought these at the beginning of the week - nice hearty Autumn veg but since then it's been 28 degrees so haven't felt like big meals! I have frozen chicken, cod, onions, pasta, rice etc. Was going to have chicken korma tomorrow night but now wondering if I can make a veggie side with them or something else completely?!
