So, I've taken 2 x 1kg bags of cubed beef from the freezer. Don't know what I was thinking because I only had plans for 1!
In the oven at the moment is a stew thing made with onions, celery, carrots, beef, tom puree, 1/4 bottle of red wine (that's all I had! ) topped up with water, beef stock pot, bay, thyme and little english mustard.
Does anyone have any other recipes that are different on a tangent to the one above? So, not ale/guiness etc. Any something that will freeze.
