Afternoon all. In the middle of this recipe www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/wordofmouth/2014/jan/16/how-to-cook-perfect-chicken-pie and have noticed the chicken keeps floating to the top while I'm poaching it.
I just want to know if this will affect the even cook of the chicken? I've been turning every 10 minutes or so but still concerned!
