Healthy recipe to make one salmon fillet feed 3 please

Have one salmon fillet for supper. What would you put with it to bulk it out to feed 3? Also lots of fresh tomatoes ...

Cook it, flake it, and mix into a pasta or rice dish

Why only one?! Have you anything else you can mix in too? A tin of white beans perhaps?

Salmon risotto. If you can add butternut squash, mushrooms or peas yum too yum! Rocket on top, tomato salad with olive oil/ balsamic vinegar. Yum!

Loads of tins of white beans! And mushrooms ... rocket in the polytunnel ... I just needed inspiration!

Cook in oven, boil pasta - towards end of everything cooking, olive oil in a pan - garlic (however much you like) - cook but don't burn , stir in cooked salmon, then stir in creme fraiche until you get consistency you want, lemon zest and fresh parsley. If you have green beans you can steam these and stir into the sauce too and it's lovely. Mix with pasta enjoy

Cook pasta, stir in Garlic and herb philidephila and broccoli and flake the salmon and mix it in

Salmon meatballs with tomato salad
Salmon and tomato pasta
Salmon rice and veggies
If you have some potatoes boil, allow to cool, slice add flaked cooked salmon. Season with olive oil, parsley salt and pepper
