What to do with these?

Salt and chilli pork belly slices - leftover from a BBQ. Use by today. DD doesn't like anything spicy so need a meal where I can use these for me and DP but give her something alternative. Going shopping soon and feel completely clueless. Does anyone else despair with their lack of cooking imagination sometimes!?

What to do with these?

Oo they look lovely I'd have them with sticky rice & stir fried veges

I second the stir fry idea, cook the belly pork in the oven til crispy, poor the fat into a frying pan, stir fry the veg in the belly pork fat, add soy sauce, chop the belly pork into bite size pieces and add to the stir fried veg. Serve with noodles or rice if you want a carb.
This is a regular meal in the stoneage house.
