Does anyone have any advice for the above, we are going to be doing boneless, skinless chicken breasts on the bbq and wanted to pre-cook them to avoid any food poisoning.
Have looked online but most recipes are for chicken thighs or suggest cookinv the chicken in the oven for an hour before bbq which seems really excessive, if I do chicken in the oven it's usually completely done in half an hour.
