Quick and healthy grab and go snacks for toddlers

My working pattern means I don't get the kids home until 5:40, not exceptionally late but my 18 month old is starving as soon as we come in. If I wait to give her tea with my older two she will normally be eating about 6:30 by which point she is past hungry and too tired, but if she eats a small meal or snacks she will perk up and happily sit and eat with the older two (a very little of what they are eating but enjoys the experience). I currently don't have time or energy to batch cook all meals at weekends but i do often cook twice as much as needed at a meal time to cover another meal. I have two children that hate eggs so they are out for quick teas.
I am looking for healthy snacks/fillers that I don't mind if theyfill up on that can be grab and go and not require anlot of prep, and also quick healthy filling teas. My biggest problem is my 18 month old doesn't really like fruit, loves veg but not fruit otherwise bananas etc would be my saviour!
Any ideas?Confused

Veg sticks and houmous. Chunks of cheese with a few cherry tomatoes. Oatcakes with Philly and cucumber. Mini savoury muffins - these freeze brilliantly so you can grab however many out before work and they'll be ready for when you get home. Apple slices with peanut butter. Greek yoghurt. Er...I've run out for now!

My DD loves the rice cakes topped with yogurt that I buy in Aldi, raisins, dairylea dunkers, cucumber sticks, popcorn, corn on the cob if she likes it cold!
