Turkey, carrots, butternut squash??

I have to use up 500g of diced raw turkey 400g raw carrots and 400g butternut squash for lunch.
I was thinking of mashing the vegetables and using them to top a turkey pie (using a tin of soup for the sauce)
I'm not expecting a culinary master piece but something edible and not too heavy, does anyone have any other ideas?

Oh don't use a tin of soup! What I would do is fry an onion in some olive oil, then add a clove or two of garlic then add the turkey to it and cook till it's nicely done.

Oven roast the squash and the carrots with a drizzle of oil...then when they're soft (about an hour in a hot oven but cut the squash into pieces of about 2 inches)

Add creme fresche and salt and pepper to the turkey and onions, cook a bit longer...mix with the carrots and squash and then put that in your pie.

Alternatively make a nice curry.

Use curry powder and a tin of coconut cream or milk.

Cook an onion...finely chopped...add one or two cloves of chopped garlic...then the turkey at the same time....fry on a medium heat. If you don't have all the traditional curry spices, just add a good swish of curry powder, salt and pepper and your coconut cream. Do the oven roasty thing with the veg and add that when the turkey is almost cooked. Let it all simmer for about 20 minutes. If it looks dry, add a cup of water. And more salt.

Serve with rice.
