Do you clean your BBQ after every use or scrape down with a BBQ brush?

Just that reallySmile

We bbq a lot, burn off the residue after grilling then scrape with a brush, then next time we cook we burn on high for 5-10 mins.

3x a year give it a really good thorough clean- take it all apart, scrub etc.

Ah ok, I'm not a complete slattern thenGrin

I used to wash after every use but burning off and brushing seems to be working fine.

We braai/BBQ three times a week on our Weber and do the same OP.

DH finds rubbing a cut lemon over the grill before cooking helps to stop things sticking/residue etc.
